We add 30% fine powdered sugar to our almond raw paste. This results in a special marzipan quality which is suitable for modeling, kneading and unrolling.
Sugar, Almonds (38%), Water, Humectant: Sorbitol (from wheat) and Invertase, Glucose syrup, Invert sugar syrup.
May contain other oilseeds and gluten. Packaged under a protective atmosphere.
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening consume promptly.
